Were you guys thinking a restaurant? If so, something with a family style menu or place like Shakey's because splitting the bill in big parties sucks, that would make it a lil easier.

Shakeys would definately not be a bad idea. The only problem that comes with that, is that usually it gets packed during the weekend and it will be hard to get a table unless someone gets there early to "reserve" one for us.

If we do a restaurant where we have to split the bill, just tell everyone to bring cash in smaller bills ($5's and $10's) to avoid the whole "OMG I'm paying with my credit card/OMG I didn't get enough change for the $100 that I payed with because everyone jacked it" dilemma.

Oh, and also - my work is having a vendor/pet fair the weekend of the 7/8/9th, and day off requests are not being considered because it's going to be CRAZY BUSY. I'll see if I can get an opening shift at the least, but that's probably the best I'm going to be able to do...

It's easier to split with family style food because we can divide the fee upfront so noone ends up paying more or maybe someplace where everyone pays for themselves before being seated cuz I always end up overpaying (not talking bout with you girls specificially) just in general.. people forget to factor in taxes and tip

So this is the birthday weekend.

I was planning on having a clubbing extravaganza at Hollywood that night. (All of you are invited of course!) Would it be possible to knock it up a few hours?

People seem to always forget about their beverages.

4pm

Shakeys in Monterey Park

Monterey Park, CA 91754

Does this sound like a good option? :) It's kind of a central location.
